This festive season, let’s make delicious, nutritious DATE CHOCO ROLLS which are rich in energy, protein, iron, potassium, and calcium
Preparation time – 20 min

Serves – 6

Ingredients

  • 24 seedless dates
  • 24 almonds (soaked and peeled)
  • 10 walnuts
  • 10 pistachio
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • cocoa powder for coating

Method

  1. Soak almonds and remove the peel. Dry them on a muslin cloth
  2. Add, dates, almonds, walnuts, pasta and peanut butter in a food processor and churn all the ingredi-ents till you get a uniform mixture
  3. Make small balls from the prepared mixture
  4. Roll the balls in cocoa powder and its ready to eat
  5. Store the balls in dry container in a cool dark place
